Valentine’s Berry Cup

These Valentines’s Day treats are SO easy, tasty, healthy, and oh-so-cute. Make them for your lover, girlfriends, or family!

Ingredients

  • 1 chocolate bar of your choosing (I used dark chocolate)

  • 1 tbps coconut oil

  • Pinch of salt

  • 2 packs of Rasberries

  • Shaved almonds

  • Coconut flakes

  • Cupcake liners

Directions:

  1. Melt chocoalte with the salt and coconut oil in the microwave or on the stove top until metled.

  2. Start by placing small amount of melted chocoalte at the base of your cupcake liners.

  3. Add rasberries then cover with chocoalte.

  4. Sprinkle almonds and coconut flakes, and drizzle more chocolate on top.

  5. Let cool to room temp. Store in the frige.

  6. Viola — enjoy!
